● Power on device (the indicator light is always on)
● Press and hold the pairing button for more than 5 seconds until the indicator light flashes quickly (network pairing mode)
● Make sure the application is:Smart Life.
● Check the product manual to confirm that the device has been reset and is in pairing state.
● Make sure distance between phone and EnergyMate is moderate (usually less than 3 meters), and it is recommended to be as close as possible.
● Make sure that all necessary permissions (such as location information, Bluetooth permissions, etc.) have been granted during the network pairing process.
● If still unable to pair, pair EnergyMate again by pressing and holding the reset button for 5 seconds, then retry pairing.
● Make sure the application is:Smart Life.
● Ensure Gateway is powered on and turned on, and is in network pairing mode.
● Confirm that network frequency band used for device configuration is 2.4GHz, and check the accuracy of the Wi-Fi password.
● To exclude the influence of router factors, try to use another mobile phone to open the network hotspot (iPhone needs to turn on maximum compatibility) to try to pair with the network. If the pairing is successful, you can check the relevant settings of the router; if it still fails, it may involve hardware failure or operation problems, please consult the hotline.
● Confirm EnergyMate and gateway are within communication range (typically less than 10m).
● Restart both Gateway and EnergyMate, then reattempt connection.
● If connection still fails, reset the gateway by holding the reset button and re-pair with EnergyMate.
● Step 1: Check that EnergyMate is powered and securely connected. ● Step 2: Ensure Bluetooth connection is stable (no signal interference). ● Step 3: Restart the Smart Life app and verify app permissions (Bluetooth/location).
● Step 4: Verify firmware updates via the app; update if necessary. ● Step 5: If issues persist, perform a full reset of the EnergyMate device.
● Step 1: Refresh the Smart Life App or restart the app.
● Step 2: Confirm the correct EnergyMate is selected in the app.
● Step 3: Verify Bluetooth and mobile data/Wi-Fi connection.
● Step 4: Ensure EnergyMate’s indicator light is functioning correctly (steady blue indicates normal operation).
● Step 5: Reset and re-pair the device if data still doesn't appear.
